SHIPPING POLICY

All pieces are made-to-order and shipped via DHL within 21 working days.

We ship worldwide. All deliveries are subject to the delivery costs which will be quoted at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number. 

​

Please be aware of customs and duty fees the customer will be liable to pay in any destination outside of the UK. We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.

Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns upon email confirmation from a member of the SAMUEL SLATTERY LTD. team. The package's return shipment must follow the approval and will be accepted in a 14 open days delay from the day your order was delivered.

We won’t be able to accept any return if not emailed first.

Articles must be returned in perfect condition, not used or damaged. The returned merchandise must be in the same condition as it was sold and repacked as close as possible to the way it was received.

​

Exchanges are not possible as we do not keep stock. Every piece is made-to-order by a small team in London. We start production only after receiving an order. For this reason, we cannot process refunds for a returned order as we have spent hours on your piece to make it for you. We issue credit notes instead. For which you will have 6 months to spend it on our website.

 

In the case a customer requests for order cancellation when we have already started working on their piece, a refund will be processed. We reserve the right to retain 30% of the total amount as our team will have worked hours on your specific order.

The products are returned at your own cost and we cannot not be held responsible for any delivery issue or package that fails to reach us. We highly advise our customers to track the shipment and require signature upon delivery.

In the eventuality of defective merchandise, or order not delivered, or delivered damaged, please email us. If agreed that the product is of defective nature, SAMUEL SLATTERY LTD. will be in charge of covering return shipping costs.

Please email info@samuelslattery.com to request and confirm with us the reason for your return. We handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability.

SAMUEL SLATTERY LTD. reserves the right to request photographic support for returns regarding defective merchandise before authorising the return and the eventual charges for the shipment and import fees.

​

Be aware that SAMUEL SLATTERY LTD. has the right to decline unauthorised returns and categorically won’t accept any items that have been worn, washed and have been subject of alterations of their original state at time of delivery.

​

SAMUEL SLATTERY LTD. has the right to fully inspect the returned merchandise in order to establish if a return is possible.

All sales are final from the moment payment is taken. No goods will be shipped without payment. The final price of the order delivery costs (inclusive of UK VAT where applicable and deducted at checkout outside of the UK) is always in GBP sterling. Local duties and taxes will be the customer's responsibility.
